How Much Will It Cost?
Our Fess & Admissions
Below are all the details you need to understand how much it will cost for your child to attend Downside Pre-School CIO
Admissions
We are able to offer places to children aged between two and five years old. We are open 5 days a week, term time only, from 8.45am to 3.15pm. We operate a waiting list during very busy periods and will do our best to accommodate siblings, so it is best to register a place for your child as soon as possible.
It is our intention to ensure Downside Pre-School CIO is accessible to children and families from all sections of the community.
The numbers and ages of children admitted to the preschool comply with the legal space requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). When considering admissions we are mindful of staff: child ratios and the facilities available at the preschool.
We aim to ensure that all sections of our community have access to the pre-school through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures.
Sessions & Lunch Club
The pre-school is open from 8.45am – 3.15pm, 5 days a week. Our morning sessions start at 8.45am and finish at 11.45am, there is a lunch session every day from 11.45am-12.15pm and the afternoon sessions run from 12.15pm – 3.15pm.
The minimum hours per day you can have is 2 hours; you can have up to 6.5 per day.
You can choose to have your child stay for lunch, either as part of the funded hours or you can pay extra to extend your child’s morning or afternoon session to include lunch. The children are required to bring a packed lunch which they eat with their friends. We provide them with water to drink.
