We are a thriving preschool located in a diverse area of Dunstable and are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic Deputy Manager minimum level 3 qualified.

Your duties will include:

• Work closely with the preschool Manager to meet the needs of the children
• Act as manager in her absence
• Visit families in their homes and be a keyperson
• Plan and observe the curriculum around children’s needs
• Committed to supporting children and families
• Dedicated to helping children reach their full potential
• An inclusive practitioner
• Working as part of a team
• Caring and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Understanding that every child is different
• Passionate about play
• Committed to CPD
